Honestly no complaints. Clean accommodation, very welcoming stuff. Marvellous and favourable location in Xuan Huong Lake district very close to the market and the lake, the center, and the lake. New-fashioned a double room with views of street. Exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed.

We got a room with a tub. It included a very comfy bed and a private bathroom. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

It was comfortable time in Da Lat. I truly enjoyed the room on level 5, the bed was extremely comfy. An electric kettle and a fridge where a plus.

Most of the staff were amiable. The location close to many places of interest was good. We greatly enjoyed to have lunch at Tin Tin Bread and Pizza, found it within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms on level 5 are sufficient and the breakfast is delicious.
